Niubi Guard will open its defensive core, not its private operating data.
We are opening the reusable detection and reviewable defense layer that grew out of real customer abuse incidents. The goal is to help maintainers understand and mitigate coordinated issue and comment abuse without turning the project into a business defense narrative.
What will be open

- LLM adapter and decision schema
- Sample evaluation workflow and replay strategy
- Community threat-feed format
- Self-hosted and GitHub integration path
What will stay private
- Customer-specific operating data
- Private enrichment and high-value threat intelligence
- Managed-service controls and private audit workflows
- Business-side systems unrelated to repository abuse defense
Why this matters
A reviewable defensive core helps the project stay credible. It makes the system inspectable by maintainers, useful to self-hosting teams, and clearly separated from any other product line that might exist around it.
